Today, 21.11.2025, an optional online class was held within the framework of the project “Monitoring of Environmental Objects in the Context of European Integration” (MEOUE), which is implemented with the support of the European Union under the Erasmus+ program.
It is nice to see that interest in the topic of environmental monitoring is actively growing among young students. This time, not only students of natural sciences, but also applicants for “Hotel and Restaurant Business” and “Biochemistry” joined the work of the optional class. Such an interdisciplinary approach is important: issues of environmental safety and sustainable development concern every industry, from the food industry to scientific research.
The participants discussed modern environmental challenges, European environmental monitoring tools, environmental assessment standards, and practical cases that are already used in EU countries.
We are convinced: everyone should know about environmental problems, regardless of their specialty. It is awareness, critical thinking, and a willingness to act that shape a new generation of responsible professionals.
Thank you to all students for your activity and interest! There are more practical sessions, discussions, and opportunities for development ahead.
